Thank you for shopping at Grandfather Tree Gifts & More! We ship all of our orders via UPS or USPS, whichever you prefer. You will be able to select your preferred shipping options at checkout, and your shipping costs will be calculated at that time.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing.
- Orders received after 2PM will begin being processed the following business day.
- Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Grandfather Tree is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. Likewise, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
Tracking Your Order
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Return / Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, shipping charges will be deducted from the dollar amount of your return.
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Food, Candy, Perishable items
- Custom woodworking
